We’re happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (undamaged, with intact packaging) within 15 days of delivery. Please note that the products are 100% freshly handmade and might have some color variation. You can return your product and request a refund to the original payment method. For COD, we can refund the full amount to the bank details shared. You can always return or exchange your order by following the following steps:

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to connect@bomyourlife.com. or calling/WhatsApping our customer care at +91 9913739991 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours.
Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, cannot be refunded.
Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
